Dispose of Medication to “Be Part of the Solution”
How do I dispose of medication? RxDisposal has developed a low-cost and safe solution to dispose of unused, unwanted or expired prescription medications in a matter of minutes. RxDisposal was recently featured on Utah’s KSL News when CEO Ryan Sawicki was interviewed.
“It’s good for all Food and Drug Administration medications, so you can put anything in there and it will dissolve, and so we are beginning to make this an every day take back instead of a ‘biannual’ take back, if you will,” Ryan said.
By “take back,” Ryan means National Prescription Drug Take Back Day, an annual event to dispose of medication, which will be held this year on April 28, 2018.
RxDisposal is based in Utah but can be made available at locations all over the world to provide a legal, safe and effective way to dispose of medication.
RxDisposal’s “Be Part of the Solution” campaign educates organizations on the growing opioid problem and encourages patients, customers and community advocates to contact their local pharmacies and hospitals to request that they make on-site medication disposal available with RxDisposal’s patent-pending NarcX solution.
